Step 1

Submit proposal

Fill out the form with your topic, pillar alignment, location, and support needs.

Step 2

Review & approval

Event Core Team evaluates feasibility and community value. Strategic alignment with AI Alliance goals is a key determinator of approval. Bi-weekly cadence.

Step 3

Support activates

Approved events get calendar listing, Luma page, newsletter, and social promo.

Step 4

Execute & recap

Host the event. Submit recap within 7 days — photos and LinkedIn post minimum.

Aligned to at least one strategic pillar
Identified event lead / coordinator
Clear outcome goals
Committed to recap deliverables within 7 days
Submitted ≥ 30 days prior to event date
Notice: Events submitted fewer than 30 days before the proposed date require explicit Event Core Team approval.

Event proposal form

All required fields must be completed. Proposals reviewed bi-weekly by the Event Core Team. You'll receive a status update via email.

Submitted proposals enter the review pipeline. Statuses: Submitted → Under Review → Approved / Declined / Needs Clarification. Flagship events require additional senior review.
